What to do if the electric gun head is locked after charging

Firstly, it is important to correctly pull out the charging gun.

1. Unplug the charging gun:

   
   

AC charger: Hold the handle of the charging gun with one hand, press down the microswitch of the charging gun with force, and pull out the charging gun with force;

DC charger: Hold the handle of the charging gun with one hand, and drag the gun with the other hand. Lift the gun up until the micro or sliding switch is parallel to the ground. Press the microswitch of the charging gun down firmly, and then forcefully pull out the charging gun.

   2. Insert charging gun:

AC charger: Hold the handle of the charging gun with one hand and insert it into the charging port on the vehicle end. When you hear a "click" sound, it indicates that it has been correctly inserted;

DC charger: Hold the handle of the charging gun with one hand, and drag the gun with the other hand, lifting the charging gun to a microswitch parallel to the ground. Insert it into the charging port of the vehicle and hear a "click" sound, indicating that it has been correctly inserted;

When AC charger "lock gun" when charging: first lock the car, unlock, and then draw the gun.

The locking of the AC charger gun head is usually caused by the vehicle end setting. Users can first try to repeat the steps of locking the vehicle and then unlocking it. After unlocking, the entire vehicle is in an unlocked state, and the mechanical locking hook between the charging inlet and the charging gun at the end of the vehicle will also be released and retracted accordingly;

When DC charger "lock gun" when charging: depending on the "indicator light" situation. During use, if there is a situation where the order ends and the gun head is locked, specific analysis and handling can be carried out by checking the indicator light effect.

①When both the power and running lights are on.

Step 1: Click the "Stop Charging" button in the charging order. If the running light is off, the next step of gun pulling operation can be carried out;

Step 2: If the running light does not turn off, the charging order will display "Stopping". Please wait for the running light to turn off before proceeding with the gun extraction operation;

Step 3: If the running light remains on after the above operation, you can press the emergency stop button to stop charging. After the running light is off, restore the emergency stop button and try to draw the gun; If the emergency stop button is pressed and the running light remains on, you need to call the customer service hotline for assistance.

②The power light is on and the running light is off: directly perform the gun pulling operation;

③ Both the power and running lights are on: At this time, the charging station is in a dead state and cannot be operated. The user needs to contact customer service as soon as possible for assistance.
