The NASN POWER A series and B series rectifier systems are base station rectifier, which can supply the telecommunication equipment in parallel operation with the batteries.
The base station rectifier system convert 3-phase 415Vac, 50Hz to nominal -48Vdc.
The mains input for the rectifier system tolerate wide input voltage fluctuations. Nominal input voltage power is delivered within the range ±20%. +48V is used as system earth. The rectifier system have a dedicated earth terminal on the +48Vdc bus bar for connection of +48V earth. The rectifier system have a dedicated earth terminal for connection of protection earth. Rectifier modules have a soft start mechanism, and the rectifier system provide a sequential start up. The rectifier system provide a battery disconnection if a high battery temperature limit occurs.
The rectifier system is fail-safe, i.e., the system still work if any single failure in any component or software occurs. The safe state as below:
The output voltage is between 43.5 – 54.5V.
No disconnection of load or batteries.
In other words, the LVD occur when the output voltage of the rectifier is below 39.5v and above 54.5v.
Capacity of system is between the power capacity of N and N+1 rectifier modules.
