Industrial type 48VDC power supply system for utility communications

48VDC BATTERY CHARGERS/RECTIFIER 250A is designed for utility communications.

System

Switching and modular type power module,load sharing and  parallel operation ,equipped with microprocessor-based digital  control technology, with remote configuration and monitoring capabilities via standard  communications protocol SNMPv3 including associated remote communication  interface.The system includes control unit, power modules, chassis/DC rack and all necessary  instrumentations

Monitoring Unit has the following functions.

1.Adjustment of relevant rectifier parameters: 

§ Float § Equalize 

§ Battery current limit 

§ Output current limit 

§ Alarm setting

2.Protect the load and battery by disconnecting and reconnecting the load and  battery during output over/under voltages

3.Monitor battery temperature and adjust battery float voltage accordingly  (temperature compensated charging)

4.Basic display and metering parameters: 

§ Input AC voltage § DC output voltage and current 

§ Battery charging/discharging voltage and current 

§ Alarms and other messages 

5.Minimum monitored alarms: 

§ Mains fail § Rectifier module fail 

§ High voltage shutdown

§ High voltage shutdown 

§ Battery low voltage alarm (default: -47.0V) 

§ Battery low voltage disconnect (default: -43.2V) 

§ Battery high voltage alarm (default: -56.2V) 

§ Battery/Output high voltage shutdown (default: -58.0V)
