48V 60A 1U Rack Mount AC to DC Rectifier Power Supply

NASN modular rectifier power system with 1U height is rack mounted 19'' telecom power system. With hot swappable 30A modular rectifier, it's compact, light weight and easy to operate.

Single phase power supply.Rectifiers

l  Wide temperature range (-40 to +75 C, derating above 45 C).Humidity 5-9% non-condensing.

l  T.H.D Class A per IEC 6100-3-2.

l  Ripple and Noise < 200 mV peak to peak @ 20 MHz bandwidth. Hot-swappable.

l  DSP control with advanced software. Three status indication LEDs.

l  Protection features such us overvoltage shutdown, short circuit proof, inrush current limiting fuse, high temperature shutdown.

l  Safety per IEC/EN 60950, IEC/EN 62368-1 standards.

l Controller

The controller will control and monitor all the relevant operating parameters and provide comprehensive information on the current system status. Its main features will be:

l  Control and monitoring of operating parameters (voltage, current, temperatures, rectifier status, fuse status, etc).

l  Automatic battery test including advanced scheduled and manual tests

 Subrack

The power supply must accommodate 2x rectifiers and 1x controller. The subrack will include at least the following :

l  1x 50A battery breaker.¨                                                           

l  4x load breakers (30A, 15A, 10A, 10A).       

l  8x Digital inputs for external alarms. 

l  2x Digital outputs (dry contacts).  

l  1x Battery midpoint measurement   

l  2x Temperature sensors.  >

l  1x Battery Low Voltage Disconnect relay.
